(a) The fee for the license for each mechanical amusement device is fifteen dollars ($15.00). The fee shall be valid for a period of one year. The license for such device must be in view in a prominent place in the establishment in which the device is being exhibited.
(b) Two or more devices may be listed on one license, but the fee shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00) multiplied by the number of devices listed on the license.
(c) If any licensed machine or device is replaced or substituted during the registration period, a new application for such machine or device must be submitted with a five dollar ($5.00) fee.
