Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or any amendment thereto, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. The City Attorney is further authorized to seek injunctive relief against any violation of any provision of this chapter, or amendment hereto, in any proper court of law or equity.
