719.12 DRILLING DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS ONLY.

No permittee shall in any instance be permitted to drill into any formation likely to contain oil or gas except during the daylight hours. Daylight hours for the purpose of this section shall be defined as that time between sunrise and sunset.
