A permittee shall maintain a fence around the drilling site in accordance with good oil field practice. Should a well be a producer, a permittee shall, on completion of the well, construct a ten-foot cyclone fence around the well pump an shall thereafter maintain the fence and keep it in a good state of repair.
All well pumps shall be operated by electric motors only.
