(a) The Safety Director or his designated representative is required to annually send notice to all carriers, transport companies and the Ohio Department of Transportation of the requirements of this chapter.
(b) A permit fee of five dollars ($5.00) shall be charged per issuance, to cover administrative and enforcement costs.
