442.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates Section 442.05, 442.06(a)(1), (2) or (3), 442.09(a), 442.13(h) or 442.15 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.

(b) Whoever violates Sections 442.06(a)(4) of this chapter is guilty of falsification, a misdemeanor of the first degree. In addition, the provisions of Ohio Revised Code Section 4507.19 apply.

(c) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided in this section, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
