404.10 REMOVING VEHICLES OF PERSONS SUSPECTED OF OPERATING UNDER THE INFLUENCE.

If a police officer arrests any person for driving while under the influence of alcohol, and if no person is able to remove the arrested party's vehicle or the vehicle being driven by him at the time of the arrest, then the Division of Police shall forthwith cause such vehicle to be removed in accordance with the requirements of Section 404.09.
