290.03 CLERK OF THE MAYOR'S COURT.

   (a)    The Clerk shall accept waiver and bond fees and perform other duties pertinent to Mayor's Court functions.

   (b)    The Clerk shall give a security bond to the City in the sum of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000), approved as to form by the Director of Law.
