270.04 CHARGES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE TESTS.

The Civil Service Commission is hereby authorized to charge up to thirty dollars ($30.00), plus actual cost of a study guide, per civil service examination for any test which requires the Commission to use an outside testing agency. This fee may be waived for indigency.
