270.03 CIVIL SERVICE SECRETARY.

The position of Civil Service Secretary to the Civil Service Commission is hereby established. The Civil Service Secretary shall be selected by the Civil Service Commission, and his duties and authority shall be those prescribed in Ohio R.C. Chapter 124 and such additional duties and authority as may be conferred upon him by the Commission.
