238.05 ANIMAL WARDENS.

The Deputy Animal Wardens shall have all the powers of the Chief Animal Warden when acting under the direction of the Chief Animal Warden or the Chief of Police, in the absence of the Chief Animal Warden. The City shall furnish bond for the Chief and Deputy Animal Wardens in the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00).
