Any violations or complaints of this Chapter will be reviewed and investigated by the Division of Police. In addition to any other penalties provided herein, the permit issued pursuant to this Chapter may be revoked by the City Manager for any violation of this Chapter. Upon revocation, the applicant and/or owner may not reapply for a permit under this Chapter for a period of six (6) months from the date of revocation.
