866.05 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   No mobile food service operations shall be conducted before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Sunday, or before 8:00 a.m. or after 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and legal holidays.
