(a) Except as related to official City business or as previously authorized, no person and/or entity, including the Administration, Mayor, Council and/or City employees, shall use or display the City logo as described in Section 204.04 of the Codified Ordinances, the Parks and Recreation Department logo, the Seal of City Council, or approved Safety Department emblems for any reason whatsoever without the prior written approval of the City Manager.
(b) The City logo, Parks and Recreation Department logo, Seal of City Council and approved Safety Department emblems subject to this section shall be kept on file with the Clerk of Council.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
