230.01 EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CITY MANAGER; DUTIES.
   (a)   There is hereby established the position of Executive Assistant to the City Manager. The Executive Assistant to the City Manager shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the City Manager.
 
   (b)   The Executive Assistant shall prepare all necessary reports, correspondence and dispatches, receive and file incoming mail and other written messages, receive and record all telephone calls for and on behalf of the Manager and perform such other functions and duties as the Manager shall from time to time require. The Executive Assistant shall be under the direct supervision of the City Manager.
