(a) Black and White Documents. No charge for 1-20 pages, a fee of one dollar ($1.00) for pages 21-40, plus one dollar ($1.00) for each additional multiple of 20 pages, shall be charged for the black and white reproduction by photostatic or other process, for any person, by City officers or employees of any City ordinance, resolution, record, report or other official document, except in cases in which such reproduction is for official use by, or for the City, its officers, employees or agents.
(b) Color Documents. No charge for 1-10 pages, a fee of one dollar ($1.00) for pages 11-20, plus one dollar ($1.00) for each additional multiple of 10 pages, shall be charged for the color reproduction by photostatic or other process, for any person, by City officers or employees of any City ordinance, resolution, record, report or other official document, except in cases in which such reproduction is for official use by, or for the City, its officers, employees or agents.
(c) Photographs. Photographs shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
(d) Discs. The charge for downloaded computer files, audio or video, to a compact disc or DVD is one dollar ($1.00) per disc.
(e) Outside Service. If an outside copying service is used to make the copies, the requester will be required to pay the cost of the entire copying job, as billed by the copying service.
(f) E- mailed Documents. There is no charge for documents e-mailed to the requester.
(g) Mail. Requesters may ask that documents be mailed to them. They will be charged the actual cost of the postage and mailing supplies.
(h) Payment of Fees. All such fees shall be promptly paid to the City Finance Department, prior to reproduction, and same moneys shall be deposited to the credit of the City and a receipt shall be issued. (Ord. 37-08. Passed 3-10-08.)
