864.16 EMPLOYMENT OF CERTAIN UNLICENSED MASSAGISTS.

No person shall employ as a massagist any person who is required to have a license issued pursuant to the requirements of the Ohio Revised Code and/or the State Medical Board of Ohio governing the limited practice of medicine, unless such person has first obtained and has in effect such license. (Ord. 70-17. Passed 9-25-17.)
