Every massage establishment shall maintain a register of all persons employed at any time as massagists, masseurs or masseuses and their license numbers and/or certifications, if any. Such register shall be available at the massage establishment to representatives of the City during regular business hours and shall be maintained for a period not less than five years. (Ord. 70-17.
