The national flag shall be flown at half-mast when the remains of any member of the Armed Forces of the United States who gave his life for his country are within the limits of the City or within a twenty-five mile radius of the City. The flag shall continue to be flown at half-mast during the entire time the remains are within the limits of the City or within a twenty-five mile radius of the City until the time of burial.
