(a) There is hereby established the new full-time position of Chief Building Official who shall be appointed by the City Manager and report directly to the Community and Economic Development Director.
(b) The Chief Building Official shall have such duties as prescribed by Ordinance or as assigned by the City Manager and/or the Community and Economic Development Manager.
(c) The pay range for the Chief Building Official is hereby established to be: $55,000.00 - $92,500.00.
