(a) Each person applying for a permit shall furnish the following information:
(1) The name of the person conducting the private sale;
(2) The address of the premises where the private sale is to be conducted;
(3) Dates of the private sale; and
(4) The dates of any past private sales at the premises.
(b) Private sales may be held only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
(c) Temporary signs that comply with the requirements of Chapter 1270 may be placed on or off the premises on private property, with permission of the property owner being first obtained. No sign shall be placed so as to present a hazard to motorists or pedestrians.
(d) All items for sale, all display signs and other materials relating to the private sale must be removed from the view of the public not later than 8:30 p.m. on the last day of the private sale.
(e) Per Section 1216.08(d) of the Codified Ordinances, a $5.00 temporary private sale sign permit is required and can be obtained at the Building Department.
