1261.03 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES.
   Permitted accessory uses shall be as follows:
   (a)   Signs as regulated by Chapter 1270;
   (b)   Any use or structure which is accessory and incidental to any of the Gateway District principally or conditionally permitted uses.
