Every hotel shall collect the tax herein levied commencing on the date of adoption of Resolution No. 63-08 and make a return and payment to the City of Brunswick Director of Finance on forms supplied by the Department of Finance no later than January 31, April 30, July 31 and October 31 for the preceding quarter.
