Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), and each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense. The Law Director is authorized to seek injunctive relief against violations of the provisions of this chapter.
