828.29 DRILLING WELLS ON PARK LANDS.

The Recreation Board shall not permit wells to be drilled on any lands held in trust by the Board for park purposes which will in any way interfere with or destroy the natural beauty of the parks or in any way interfere with the amusement facilities for which the parks are dedicated.
