828.25 AUTHORITY OF DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE.

The Service Director of the City is hereby authorized to advertise, accept bids and enter into contracts for the drilling of oil and gas on certain lands owned in fee by the City exclusive of lands held by the Recreation Board for park purposes.
