1602.04 DEFINITIONS.

As used in the Ohio Fire Code:

   (a)   "Municipal Corporation" means all municipal corporations including those which have adopted a charter under Article XVIII, Ohio Constitution.

   (b)   "Municipality" means the City of Brunswick.

   (c)   "Corporation counsel" means the Director of Law of the City.
