Pursuant to Section 3.17 of the City Charter, there is hereby adopted, for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion, that certain code known as the Ohio Fire Code, being particularly the most recent edition thereof, save and except such portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified or amended.
