1476.08 EMERGENCIES.
   In cases of emergency which, in the opinion of the Building and Zoning Inspector, involve immediate danger to human life or health, the Inspector shall promptly cause such building, structure or portions thereof to be made safe or removed. For such purpose he may at once enter such structure, with such assistance and at such cost as he may deem necessary. Upon inspection, he may order adjacent structures and premises to be vacated, may protect the public by an appropriate fence or other such means as may be necessary and, for such purpose, may close a public or private way.
