If necessary, the notice provided for in Section 1476.03 shall also require vacation of the unsafe building, structure or portion thereof and prohibit its reoccupation or use until the specified repairs and improvements have been completed and inspected and approved by the Building and Zoning Inspector. The Inspector shall cause to be posted at each entrance to such building or structure the following notice:
"THIS STRUCTURE IS IN A DANGEROUS CONDITION AND HAS BEEN CONDEMNED AND ITS USE HAS BEEN PROHIBITED BY THE INSPECTOR OF BUILDINGS"
