1475.10 TIME AND TEMPERATURE OF POUR.
   (a)   Where the temperature in the surrounding area is below seventy (70) degrees Fahrenheit, the maximum allowable time from loading to pour shall be one and one-half (1½) hours.
   (b)   Where the temperature in the surrounding area is seventy (70) degrees Fahrenheit or above, the maximum allowable time from loading to pour shall be one (1) hour.
   (c)   Where the temperature in the surrounding area falls below thirty-five (35) degrees Fahrenheit within twenty-four (24) hours after pour, the contractor shall protect the concrete for proper curing for at least five (5) days following the pour, per recommendations of an Ohio licensed professional.
