1475.02 CONCRETE QUALITY.
   Any concrete used for any of the purposes set forth in Section 1475.01 shall:
   (a)   Contain a minimum cement content of six and one-half (6 ½) bag mix, at ninety- four (94) pounds per bag, of Portland cement;
   (b)   Contain no more water than will permit a slump between a minimum of two (2) inches and a maximum of four (4) inches, or as designed and specified by an Ohio licensed professional;
   (c)   Contain small, clean, durable and well-graded aggregates of a diameter of one (1) inch or smaller; and
   (d)   Contain a total air content from all sources of six (6) percent to eight (8) percent at the time of pour, or as designed and specified by an Ohio licensed professional.
   Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a contractor elects to utilize a super plasticizer as an additive in concrete, a slump between a minimum of eight (8) inches and a maximum of nine and one-half (9 ½) inches shall be required, and the total air content from all sources may exceed eight (8) percent at the time of pour, or as designed and specified by an Ohio licensed professional.
