1464.02 PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person shall erect any fence enclosure without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Building and Zoning Inspector. Such permit shall be issued upon application and payment of a fee established in Section 1443.05.2 and shall be conditioned upon full compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
