(a) New and Existing Fences. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to any new
fence and, when applicable, any existing fence in the City.
(b) Temporary Snow Fences. The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any temporary snow fence erected to prevent the drifting of snow. However, such snow fence shall be removed when the weather has cleared and no more snow is expected. No temporary fencing shall be used for permanent fencing.
