(a) Whoever violates Section 1462.20(a) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(b) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of Section 1462.18(a), 1462.19, 1462.20(b), (c) or 1462.24(d) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
