1462.13 DATA REGISTRATION.
   The Commissioner of Air Pollution Control may require periodic data registration and shall prepare appropriate forms for such purpose. The data to be registered shall include plans and specifications for equipment and the submission required herein shall be in addition to the submission of plans and specifications required in Section 1462.11(a). The Commissioner may use such information to prepare emission inventories.
   Such additional plans and specifications for process, refuse-burning and fuel-burning equipment shall show the type of installation, the form and dimension of such equipment, the location of sources or emissions, the dimensions of the building or part thereof in which the equipment is located, the amount of work to be accomplished by the equipment, the type of fuel to be used, the means of limiting emissions to conform to the limitations set forth in this Air Pollution Code and written evidence to substantiate the required information, such as test data, calculated values, material balance, the maximum quantity of fuel to be burned per hour, the operating requirements, the purpose and use of equipment, the means of ventilating the room in which the equipment is located, the raw material used, the products produced, the operating schedules and such other information as may be required by the Commissioner.
