1445.01 APPOINTMENT: QUALIFICATIONS.

The City Manager, upon the recommendation of the Chief Building Official or designee, shall appoint a Plan Examiner and one or more backup Plan Examiners who are certified by the Ohio Board of Building Standards to examine construction documents to determine compliance with the rules of the Board of Building Standards for certified building departments.
