1444.16 BUILDING OFFICIAL TO TAKE ACTION.

If a decision of the Board of Building Code Appeals reverses or modifies a refusal, order or disallowance of the Chief Building Officia1 or designee or varies the application of any provision of this Building and Housing Code, the Chief Building Official or designee shall take action immediately in accordance with such decision.
