1444.01 CONTRACT WITH COUNTY BOARD OF APPEALS.
   The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract on behalf of the City with the Medina County Board of Appeals to hear appeals relative to requirements of the Ohio Building Code for the City.
