1440.26 CONFLICTS OF LAWS.

(a) In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of this Code and a provision of State law, the State law shall control, except as provided for in Section 1420.03.

(b) In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of this Building and Housing Code, and a provision of any City ordinance, the most recent ordinance adopted by the City shall prevail.
