1440.25 APPEALS.

(a) Except for those matters covered by the Ohio Building Code, any person affected by a decision of the Chief Building Official or designee or a notice or order issued under this Building and Housing Code shall have the right to appeal as set forth in Chapter 1444 of the Building and Housing Code.
