1440.01 PURPOSE OF ADMINISTRATIVE CHAPTER.

The purpose of this chapter is to provide minimum administrative standards for the protection of life, limb, health, property and the environment, and for the safety and welfare of the consumer, the general public and the owners and occupants of buildings regulated by this Building and Housing Code.
