1072.36 APPEALS TO COUNCIL FROM DECISIONS OF CARETAKER.
In all matters where the Caretaker is given discretion or is required to exercise judgment in this chapter or in any other rules hereafter enacted for the management of the Cemetery, his discretion and judgment shall be final, except that any person aggrieved by any decision of the Caretaker may communicate to Council, in writing, in a respectable manner, his or her complaint. Such complaint will promptly be considered and a decision rendered thereon by Council. Any such complaint may be handed to the Caretaker in person, may be left at the office of the Cemetery or may be delivered to any member of Council.
