1072.35 TRESPASSING.
   (a)    Generally. No person shall trespass upon the grounds of the Cemetery.
   (b)   Use of Paths and Roads. No person shall use the paths and roads in the Cemetery as thoroughfares or public highways, either in a vehicle or on foot. Any violator of this subsection shall be considered a trespasser.
   (c)   Sitting Upon Monuments, Headstones, etc. No person shall sit upon any monument, headstone or lot other than his own.
   (d)   Occupation of Lots. No person shall sit upon or occupy any private lot not his own or belonging to a member of his family.
