(a) Unaccompanied Children. No child shall be permitted in the Cemetery at anytime unless such child is accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for his conduct.
(b) Playing on Lots, etc. No adult shall permit any child to play upon any lot or lawn or to climb upon any headstone or monument.
