(a) Obedience to Traffic Control Devices. Automobile funeral processions shall obey the traffic rules applicable to individual drivers but shall have the right of way over all other parties.
(b) Overtaking Processions. No funeral procession shall be passed by an automobile going in the same direction, nor shall such procession be closely followed or joined by persons not members of the funeral party. The driver of any vehicle meeting a funeral procession shall stop until such procession has passed.
(c) Passing Close to Funerals. Drivers of vehicles are cautioned not to pass close to funerals while services are being held. This subsection shall apply to Cemetery employees as well as to the general public.
