(a) Admission. Admission of automobiles upon the roads of the Cemetery is a privilege and not a right inherent to the ownership of a lot, or otherwise.
(b) Speed Limit. The speed limit for automobiles is ten miles per hour.
(c) Traffic Signals. Drivers shall carefully observe and obey the traffic signals
displayed throughout the grounds.
(d) Turning of Vehicles. No person shall turn a vehicle upon any road but shall continue around the section when reversing direction.
(e) Driving to Right; Stopping. No driver shall fail to keep a vehicle to the right side of the road or, when stopping, shall fail to do so with the right side of the vehicle next to the gutter or lawn.
(f) Backing. No automobile shall be backed upon any road in the Cemetery.
(g) Driving on Lots and Lawns. No person shall drive over the lots or upon the lawns for any reason whatsoever.
(h) Responsibility of Drivers for Damage. Any driver who operates an automobile or other vehicle upon any lawn, across any gutter or in any place where damage results therefrom shall repair or pay for such damage.
