1072.18 VISITORS; RESPONSIBILITY OF CARETAKER AND COUNCIL FOR PROTECTION OF PROPERTY.
   All visitors shall respect the solemnity of the Cemetery and strictly observe the rules which have been established by Council for the purpose of preserving quiet and good order at all times within the grounds. The Caretaker shall use reasonable care and diligence in the management of the Cemetery and in connection with all work done therein by him or by his employees. However, neither the Caretaker nor Council shall assume any responsibility for any accident or damage to stones, vases, monuments or other property within the Cemetery which may result from the action of parties other than the Caretaker or his employees or from the ordinary hazards of cemetery work. Reasonable efforts shall be made to protect flowers, trees, shrubs and other property on lots within the grounds, but Council does not guarantee property protection.
