(a) Fences, Walls, Coping and Curbing. No fences or walls, whether of concrete, stone, wood or iron, and no coping or curbing of concrete, brick or stone, shall be permitted in the Cemetery.
(b) Hedges, Trellisses, Railings and Steps. No hedges, wooden or iron trellisses, posts and chains for the purpose of enclosure, railings, steps, boxing or borders shall be permitted.
(c) Attachment of Ropes or Chains to Trees. No rope or chain may be attached to any tree or other object without the express permission of the Caretaker.
