(a) Notice to Disinter. Reasonable notice shall be given to the Caretaker or Council of a desire to disinter a body. The time therefor, in cases where a permit is granted, shall be at the convenience of the Caretaker.
(b) Consent of Lot Owner or Survivors Required. Permits to make disinterments shall be issued only upon written consent from the lot owner or from the surviving spouse, from a surviving child, if of legal age, or from a parent of the deceased, all in the order stated.
